The Avenue House is an eco-friendly house located in Woodstock, one of Cape Town’s most picturesque neighbourhoods, nested between the beautiful Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak and old colourful Victorian houses.

The spacious house gives a choice of double rooms furnished with queen-size beds, and has en-suite bathrooms with showers. Hot water is generated by a high efficient solar geyser system. The rooms share the use of a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, a fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities, and laundry facilities.

Guests have use of ample common areas, a functioning fireplace, and a light-filled living room that opens onto a large garden where guests can spend leisure time surrounded by indigenous plants and the warmth of the sunshine, or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a drink.

The Avenue House is so spacious that guests can either socialize with others or relax in a quiet corner.
